Resident Evil Village Releases Its Chilling Launch Trailer

Caption has released the launch trailer for Resident Evil Village ahead of the game's release on Friday, May 7, 2021.

Resident Evil Village features familiar characters from across the popular survival-horror video game franchise, and takes players on a journey through a mysterious village somewhere in Romania. The latest trailer promises survival-horror action, monsters, and deadly villains like Lady Dimitrescu.

On social media, Capcom shared the trailer with this caption: "Venture into the beautiful, yet terrifying village, and unravel all of its dark secrets when [Resident Evil Village] launches tomorrow on May 7th, for PS5, PS4, XSX|S, X1, Steam, and Stadia!"

The story of Resident Evill Village is set 3 years and 8 months after the events of 2017's Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, and features the return of Ethan Winters, first introduced in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, in the midst of a search for his missing wife.

Resident Evil Village is set to release for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, XBox One, and Google Stadia on May 7.
