Peter Vaughan, who's best known for his roles in Game of Thrones and Porridge, has died today at age 93, his agent said.
According to Dailymail.co.uk, the English actor whose career in theatre, film, and television spanning more than 75 years, died in the morning of December 6, surrounded by his family.
Vaughan will be remembered for his role of 'genial' Harry Grout in the sitcom Porridge, despite only showing in three episodes. More recently, he played Aemon Targaryen in HBO's Game of Thrones.
