Resident Evil Actress Milla Jovovich Gushes Over Daughter’s Role in Marvel’s Black Widow


Resident Evil actress Milla Jovovich talks about her daughter's role in the highly anticipated Marvel film, Black Widow. The actress is well known for her multiple talents. She has made careers in acting, modeling, singing, and fashion designing. She appeared in various films over the last few years. The actress has been seldom heard or seen to give elaborate interviews or opening up about her family but this wasn't the case when she spoke about her daughter.

Jovovich's social media are filled with various posts dedicated to her family. Following her footsteps, Jovovich's daughter Ever will be entering Hollywood as she plays the role of the young Natasha Romanoff. The actress also revealed that they call Ever as Baby Widow. Jovovich stated, "We call her Baby Widow. She's such a fan of the Marvel movies and you know, Ever is just such an incredible talent. She's just a real natural and it was so wonderful to watch her on set. I mean, literally, she had everybody crying during one of her scenes! She's amazing. I think people are going to be really, really impressed when they see the movie next year."


The actress is truly proud of her daughter being a part of a major blockbuster. The Monster Hunter actress shared that Ever's passion for acting was ignited after spending a lot of time on the sets. Ever's father and Milla's husband, Paul W.S. Anderson is a director as well, which means that the 13-year-old girl has been exposed to film sets. Jovovich summed it up by stating, "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree."

It may take a little while before Ever's scenes are released, the revelation from Jovovich means that Black Widow will be trying any narrative loose ends for the titular character. Natasha Romanoff was a key player all through the Marvel Cinematic Universe ever since she debuted in Iron Man 2.

Black Widow is slated for release on May 7, 2021.
