Batman: The Animated Series Actor Kevin Conroy Celebrates Show's 28th Anniversary

Exactly 28 years ago, Kevin Conroy scored the role of a lifetime when he was tasked to be the official voice of the Dark Knight in the iconic Batman: The Animated Series.

Fast forward to today, a lot of fans still consider his portrayal of the caped crusader as the character's definitive version, live-action actors included, and for good reason.

Taking to Twitter to celebrate the show's anniversary, Conroy, or should we say, Master Wayne, looked back on the cartoon's legacy, describing the entire experience as "a privilege to be a part of". Check out his tweet below:

Following the show's impressive run, Warner Bros. would rely on Conroy's tried and tested Batman voice for years to come, with his iconic vocals being featured in various Batman media. And let's not kid ourselves, he'll always be our favorite Batman voice actor.

Conroy's last Batman project came in 2019's Justice League vs. the Fatal Five.
