In case you haven't been keeping up with the news as of late, Gina Carano has been fired from Disney and Lucasfilm, and her involvement in the upcoming third season of the hit Disney+ series The Mandalorian has officially been put to an end. Over a month following her controversial dismissal from the Star Wars franchise, Carano has reverted back to her "usual" social media activity and it's actually pretty safe to say that she's become fiercer than ever.

After exposing the company's double standards and the alleged bullying she experienced during the time she was working for them, Carano has seemingly diverted her attention and it looked like she was ready to take a break from talking about her newsmaking firing. Now, the UFC alumnus is once again making headlines after her decision to call out former United States Senator Heidi Heitkamp on social media.

The issue started when a snippet of Heitkamp's Real Time with Bill Maher surfaced online where she blatantly called Gina a Nazi on national television. Maher tried to defend Carano by stressing that she only made an analogy that got her in trouble in the first place. However, Heitkamp is firm with her stand and later claimed that Gina "hangs with white supremacists".

Not one to back down, the ever-so-feisty actress took to her Twitter to address the matter after the interview caught her attention and she would call out the politician for her "dehumanizing" comments directed towards her. She wrote: "Here we have more of the dehumanizing phase of cancel culture. Repeat lies over and over until the population takes them as "truth". False, disturbing & disgusting language coming from a former US Senator. You knew as soon as you said it you were liable."

As of writing, Heitkamp has yet to respond to Carano blasting her on social media but considering the fact that she firmly believes all of the accusations she threw towards the former Cara Dune actress, I wouldn't be too surprised if she doesn't denounce her "defamatory" statements anytime soon.

Meanwhile, Carano is set to direct, produce, and star in her own full-length film.
