Jack-Jack is a 'Tiny God' in New Snippet from The Incredibles II Short, Auntie Edna

The Incredibles II was another smash hit for Pixar, and the movie is set to hit digital later this month. Like any other Pixar film, the home release comes with a short film, and we have a new snippet from Auntie Edna.

Check it out:

I love how this one seems like a sequel to the first movie's short Jack-Jack Attack as both deal with Jack-Jack's range of powers. While the first one had the underprepared Kari trying to handle Jack-Jack, Auntie Edna will have Edna marveling at all of baby Jack-Jack's skills as she tries to find a way to make a suit that can contain him.

By the looks of it, this clip is probably nearing the end, as it ties right in to The Incredibles II. I imagine that the whole short will deal more on Edna discovering Jack-Jack's powers and finding out what makes him tick.

Everyone's favorite family of superheroes is back in "Incredibles 2" – but this time Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is in the spotlight, leaving Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell) and Dash (voice of Huck Milner) to navigate the day-to-day heroics of "normal" life. It's a tough transistion for everyone, made tougher by the fact that the family is still unaware of baby Jack-Jack's emerging superpowers. When a new villain hatches a brilliant and dangerous plot, the family and Frozone (voice of Samuel L. Jackson) must find a way to work together again—which is easier said than done, even when they're all Incredible.

Catch The Incredibles II on digital Oct. 23 and on Blu-Ray Nov. 6.
