Zack Snyder's Justice League will be one of the biggest talking points in DC's Fandome event since it's already being discussed by fans right now. We already know that the New Gods will play a more important role here, with everyone interested in seeing more of Darkseid and the redesigned Steppenwolf, who looks so much better in this version. It looks like we're going to see another New Gods character sooner than we think if Beyond the Trailer has anything to say about it.
Beyond the Trailer's Grace Randolph claims to have seen an unfinished version of Zack Snyder's Justice League trailer, which supposedly shows off the New Gods character Desaad. This is some pretty cool information, though not entirely shocking since Snyder himself confirmed that Steppenwolf would be taking orders from the villain.
Randolph does admit that she only saw an outline of Desaad since the character's face wasn't finished yet but it's a good enough indication that this character could appear. Granted, Beyond the Trailer hasn't always correctly predicted things but given how Grace has been pro Snyder Cut for the longest time, we wouldn't be too surprised if this ended up being true.
While all this New Gods information makes Zack Snyder's Justice League more interesting. Does that mean it's going to be a really good movie? Man of Steel and Batman V Superman were technically Snyder Cuts so we'll have to wait and see. At the least, it will be better than the "original" version that came out in 2017.
The Snyder Cut of Justice League comes to HBO Max sometime next year, with more information likely revealed on DC Fandome, which happens on August 22.
