Since the Justice League theatrical cut made its debut, Zack Snyder has been teasing various scenes and characters for his version of the movie. Aside from the infamous Darkseid and Martian Manhunter, it looks like the director is also teasing the arrival of one of the most integral members of the Justice League.

Snyder was recently asked by a fan on Vero about whether or not the "Unite the Seven" slogan meant that Green Lantern's coming. The director responded with a cryptic winking face emoji, making the fans hopeful. You can check it out below!

Of course, that winking emoji is enough to get fans excited for what's to come. There has been some speculation that the Emerald Crusader will have a more prominent role in the Snyder Cut, and Snyder's response definitely opens the door to this possibility.

Aside from Green Lantern, a fan also asked whether Kevin Costner's character Jonathan Kent will make an appearance in the Snyder Cut. To which the director responded with the same cheeky winking emoji. He was a prominent character in Man of Steel as well as in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which makes it likely that he'll return once again.

Zack Snyder's Justice League arrives on HBO Max in early 2021.
