Zack Snyder Still Believes in Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman

Fans thought it was really sweet when Gal Gadot decided to share an old image of Zack Snyder approving her as Wonder Woman, thanking her old director in the process. Say what you will about Snyder's films but the decision he made was a good one since the Wonder Woman movie is still the highest-rated DCEU movie, though Aquaman has since made more money. Snyder has since returned the favor on social media.

Replying to Gadot's thank you post, Snyder stated that he still believes in her as the iconic DC heroine, which is nice. The director has been anything but bitter to his actors ever since he was removed from Justice League, which seems to show the bond he had with everyone was good. Seeing Gadot and others continuing to thank Snyder for opportunities is great, though it won't get anyone to watch Justice League anytime soon.

Gadot will be returning to the role of Diana in Wonder Woman 1984, which is expected to come out in 2020. The movie will take place during the Cold War and has a number of plot points that a lot of fans find intriguing, including Steve Trevor's return and Kristen Wiig as Cheetah. Snyder is still an executive producer for the film, which will likely continue the good relationship both of them have.

Shazam is the latest DCEU movie and will be coming out this April.
