The existence of the Justice League Snyder Cut has sparked some debate amongst fans which got Snyder himself addressing the matter at hand. He even went on ahead to provide proof that it actually exists. Adding fuel to the fire, the director clarifies a misconception that surrounds his film's runtime.

Earlier this week, Snyder shared a photo on Vero which showed film canisters labeled with the movie's title, his name, and the words, "Director's Cut" to finally prove that the Snyder Cut exists. The runtime of his original version written on the container was 214 minutes. However, some were speculating that this was only the assembly cut of his film, and is not actually the final one yet. Snyder then took to Twitter to clarify the matter at hand.

A user pointed out that it's "excessively long" because it's actually just the assembly cut. But the director claims that it was much longer than that, in fact, the first cut was actually over 5 hours long. You can check out their exchange below.

For now, there's no telling how much of the Snyder Cut is actually finished and changed and whether or not it'll be released to the public in the future. Regardless, Snyder's reveal actually got some fans hyped for the content and this will surely urge people more to get Warner Bros. to release the original cut.
