The DC Universe may be ushering in a brand new era with James Gunn and Peter Safran now overseeing the franchise but longtime fans aren't ready to give up just yet. We're all aware of the years-long campaign from Zack Snyder's supporters to have his vision for the then-DCEU come to fruition and now, they've launched a brand new movement calling for a popular streaming service to save it from obscurity.
As crazy as it sounds, fans are urging Warner Bros. Discovery to sell Zack Snyder's Justice League to Netflix in an attempt to revive the director's original plans for the DCU epic. In fact, the hashtag #SellZSJLtoNetflix has been trending on Twitter for days and apparently, Snyder himself has taken notice.
On Vero (via The Direct), one fan shared a video link where the entire movement is explained. It turns out that Zack was among the folks who liked the post, seemingly approving of the new campaign.
Snyder and Netflix have a pretty good working relationship and so far, the beloved filmmaker has released two films on the streamer — Army of the Dead and Army of Thieves both released in 2021. He's also currently working on Rebel Moon which was originally a Star Wars pitch.

Of course, it's easier said than done because obviously, Snyder doesn't own the rights to the characters. The only way it could happen is if Warner Bros. Discovery would be willing to form a partnership with Netflix which is unlikely, especially with HBO Max in existence. While I don't mean to burst everyone's bubbles, I think it's time to accept the reality that the DCU is heading in a different direction.
Meanwhile, Zack Snyder's Justice League is available to stream on HBO Max.
