Zack Snyder Addresses Black Adam's Possible Involvement in the SnyderVerse

It has already been made clear by Warner Bros. that the SnyderVerse will not continue in the future. But could Dwayne Johnson actually be a part of the universe that Zack Snyder created? The Justice League director has addressed the possibility that Black Adam exists in the SnyderVerse.

Unlike most of the DC Extended Universe projects right now, Snyder had no involvement in the inception of Black Adam. Instead, this was an idea that was presented by Johnson himself when he expressed interest in playing the character despite being offered the role of Shazam! aka Captain Marvel.

But could Black Adam still exist in the SnyderVerse? Snyder says it's possible.

"Yeah no, I mean, I think he could fit in the world, so it's interesting," Snyder said in an interview with Tyrone Magnus. He then added that anything is possible since Ben Affleck will be reprising his role in The Flash.

"In the Flash movie, you're gonna see my Batman, and…I don't know," Snyder said.

He does have a point but it's still unclear if we'll get to see more SnyderVerse projects in the future. However, fans are hoping that the movement that made #ReleaseTheSnyderCut happen can work again for #RestoreTheSnyderVerse in the future. In the meantime, we'll be waiting for updates on Black Adam and The Flash.

Snyder's latest film Army of the Dead is now streaming on Netflix. Black Adam is currently in production and is scheduled for release on July 29, 2022. The Flash is also in production and is set to premiere on November 4, 2022.
