Yoon Eun Hye has yet to make an official comeback on both small and big screens. Despite this, though, she has remained active on social media platforms to connect with her fans across the globe.

On Thursday, she made an update on Instagram. It caused shock, though, among her followers because it was “unfortunate” news.

As it happened, the Coffee Prince actress has contracted COVID-19.

AllKpop released a report on the matter, detailing what the South Korean celebrity announced on the social media platform.

Yoon Eun Hye Confirms COVID-19 Contraction

Yoon Eun Hye posted a black photo on her feed. She shared what happened in the caption, confirming that she tested positive for the virus.

The Princess Hours star revealed that one of her family members was not feeling well. They had the relative take the PCR test to be sure about the condition, and it came back positive.

She continued that upon hearing what went down, she took the test, as well, on the same day. Unfortunately, the result also came back positive.

The former idol consequently noted that she immediately followed quarantine procedures “as per the directions of the disease control authorities.” She then apologized to her audience for sharing the news.

In the end, she urged her audience to take care of their health.
