Star Wars fans might love Yoda for his quirky wisdom and for his kooky sense of humor, but the fanbase might not like the Jedi Master so much if his skin was the same color as a human's instead of its trademark green.
Italian artist Andrea Eusebi decided to create a version of Yoda that traded the character's classic green skin for a human look back in 2012, and this week Twitter user OllyWrites decided to take the image online, daring fans to look at the oddest-looking version of Yoda.
"I saw it, so you must too," the Star Wars fan wrote on his post.
Check it out down here:
As expected, Star Wars fans aren't too keen on the human look, saying that this version of Yoda looks like one of the goblins that "work at Gringotts Wizarding Bank" from the Harry Potter franchise. We have to say the human version of Yoda does seem pretty unnerving – bring back that classic green skin please.
Yoda has been at the center of discussions as of late thanks to Star Wars: The Mandalorian's Child. Though it's very likely that Yoda isn't related to The Mandalorian's child, the 50-year-old baby Force user is definitely from the same species as the Master Jedi, a species which has been known to be one of the most rare and mysterious species in Lucasfilm's galaxy far, far way.
Ever since his appearance in The Mandalorian, Baby Yoda has become a fan-favorite character, one that's stole the fanbase's heart with his green head and his wide, doe-eyes.
Star Wars: The Mandalorian is currently streaming on Disney+.
