Noah Centineo made his triumphant return as Peter Kavinsky in the sixth episode of XO, Kitty season 2 to the excitement of many fans.
The fan-favorite To All the Boys character's guest appearance was first revealed during the trailer's release and there has been anticipation on how his involvement will play out in the story of Kitty's journey in Seoul.
Noah Centineo Returns as Peter Kavinsky in XO, Kitty Season 2

In the sixth episode of XO, Kitty season 2, Centineo's Peter Kavinsky made a guest appearance just in time as Kitty was struggling with her journey in KISS and needed some guidance.
As we've seen in the To All the Boys trilogy, Kitty and Peter have a special bond together and become friends as Peter and Lara Jean's romance blossoms throughout the three films.
It was a special moment when the two characters reunited again as it was the first time that the viewers saw them together since the third To All the Boys movie was released.
Peter was in Seoul for a lacrosse tournament and he managed to have time to visit Kitty in KISS. Kitty gave him a tour around the campus and met her friends.
There is also a fun tense moment between Peter and Min-ho in a stationary store as they buy pens for their girlfriends.
While Peter's appearance might look like fan service at first, his role in the episode proved to be valuable as he passed along the letters between Eve and Simon that Lara Jean gave which helps Kitty learn more about her family.
How XO, Kitty Managed to Bring Back Noah Centineo in Season 2
Bringing back Centineo to play Peter Kavinsky in episode 6 of XO, Kitty season 2 was not an easy feat for the producers.
"The Recruit was filming in Seoul, and there ended up being one day that he could shoot, and it happened to be our first day of shooting of the full season," showrunner Jessica O'Toole explained.
"He’s in a later episode, but we were like ‘Well, we’re gonna make this happen.’ He was so gracious and thrilled to do it."
O'Toole continued, "It was really serendipitous, but at the same time, took a lot of legwork to make it happen. We’re prepping his episode, we’re writing scenes for that later, for a script that was for much later. We’re flying in the director. There were a lot of things that went into it."
"But then it ultimately was probably the best way we could have started the season. Having something that was really special like that, and just so fun. He brings such an easy going and friendly and warm vibe everywhere. Getting to see them be so happy to work together and watch their magic and everything, it was a great way to start off the season."
Despite the difficult logistics of his appearance, Centineo's return was all worth it as it became one of the biggest highlights of the new season.
