Xdinary Heroes is gearing up to release its new album.
Following the release of Overload in 2022, the JYP Entertainment rock band shared new details about its upcoming comeback EP, Deadlock.

JYP Entertainment Confirms Arrival of Xdinary Heroes' New Album Release Date
On Sunday, JYP Entertainment confirmed (via Korea JoongAng Daily) that the Happy Death Day hitmaker would release new music on April 26.
According to the label, the band's third EP, Deadlock, will highlight Xdinary Heroes' upgraded music capabilities as its members — Jun Han, Jooyeon, Jungsu, Gaon Gunil, and O.De — actively participated in the making of the songs and their lyrics.

Deadlock will present seven songs, Come into my head, Bicycle, checkmate, Good enough, Man in the Box, Dear H, and its lead track, Freakin' Bad.
Ahead of the release, Xdinary Heroes shared a spoiler of the title song, dropping a poster that includes the text, "freakin' bad bad, freakin' good good."
Xdinary Heroes debuted in December 2021. It has since released several hit singles, including Happy Death Day, Test Me, Strawberry Cake, and Hair Cut. The band also notably won Best Band Performance for Happy Death Day and Best New Male Artist at the MAMA Awards.
Xdinary Heroes Unveils Deadlock Comeback Schedule
As fans continue to wait for the new EP, Xdinary Heroes guided them by sharing the comeback scheduler for the third album.
The band officially started its activities on April 9, dropping the complete tracklist of the album. It also shared the instrumental sampler and lyric spoiler on April 10.
Starting April 11 onward, Xdinary Heroes will share the members' individual concept photos, motion samplers, visual samplers, and unit concept photos.
The first and second teaser of the music videos will be released on April 19 and 20, while the highlight film sampler will be uploaded on April 21.
The group also secured to hold a two-day comeback special live at the Blue Square Mastercard Hall on April 22 and 23 at 6:00 p.m. KST before its official album and MV release on April 26.
