Microsoft and Krispy Kreme are teaming up for one of the most surreal marketing collaborations.
On Wednesday, Krispy Kreme announced that it will be selling a line of limited-edition Xbox doughnuts in the UK.
The North Carolina-based doughnut company shared the news in a tweet where it welcomed fans to "The next generation," before introducin the new Nexus Level Doughnut, which will be available in Krispy Kreme stores in the UK soon.
The tweet shared a trailer which parodies Xbox's own hardware reveals:
Krispy Kreme will be offering the limited line of cream-filled Xbox branded doughnuts between August 2 and Aug. 22. across its UK stores. Fans who buy the promotional dozen in-store or by click and collect will be able to enter into a prize draw to win 1 of 120 Xbox Series S consoles. Fans who first enter the competition will also receive one month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (subject to sign-up requirements).
