During the Marvel: Cup O'Joe panel at San Diego Comic-Con, the studio presented the first trailer for the FX X-Men-inspired show Legion. Check it out:
The series follows David Haller, a troubled young man who may be more than human. He's diagnosed as schizophrenic, but has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. But after a strange encounter with a fellow patient, he’s confronted with the possibility that the voices he hears and visions might be real.
Haller, a.k.a. Legion, is the so of Charles Xavier and Gabrielle Haller in the comic books. He's one of the most powerful mutants and a founder of the X-Men. It would be cool to see how his different personalities will demonstrate different supernatural abilities.
Legion will debut in early 2017.
