Fans were bummed out when Wonder Woman 1984's premiere got delayed. Originally set for a release in November of this year, the company settled on a June 2020 release date. Now, we'll finally be able to see a glimpse of the prequel because the movie's trailer is going to make its debut very soon!
If you recall, director Patty Jenkins mentioned that they're holding off movie promotions for the prequel till December. Comic-Con Experience (CCPX) took to Twitter to reveal that they will indeed close this year's show in Brazil with the premiere of Wonder Woman 1984's trailer.
Gal Gadot herself, as well as Jenkins, will be presenting the first-ever trailer to the fans and will also hold a Q&A session with the audience at the event. Check out the tweet below.

All of this would take place on the 8th of December! Added bonus is that the show will be live-streamed on Twitter for the first time ever, so that the fans who weren't able to attend that day could join in on the fun. And since it can be viewed in real-time, it's no doubt that the trailer will make its rounds on the net once the event is over.
It is said that filming for the prequel wrapped up last December but most of its details are still kept under wraps. Also, there's no telling if the trailer would show some plot details but it is known that Chris Pine will be returning as Steve Trevor and Kristen Wiig will serve as the protagonist for the film, Barbara Ann Minerva a.k.a Cheetah.
Wonder Woman 1984 is set for release in UK cinemas on June 5, 2020.
