The legendary protagonist of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Sarah Michelle Gellar, is back on TV with Wolf Pack, a series that uses its spooky setting as a backdrop to examine alarmingly human themes and real-world situations.

Wolf Pack will arrive to stir things up in January 2023. A fresh look at the upcoming series is released by Paramount+ as its premiere date approaches.

What Wolf Pack is All About

Teenagers Everett (Armani Jackson) and Blake (Bella Shepard) are the focus of Wolf Pack, which tells their narrative as their lives are irrevocably altered by a horrific beast that emerges from a California wildfire.

The details of how Gellar's character, an arson investigator by the name of Kristin Ramsey, fits into this are being kept a secret, but we have already seen clips of her brandishing a gun, sifting through a dark forest, and questioning the children about what they've seen.

In a recently made available Paramount video, Kirsten can be heard talking about an unknown wild beast that is causing trouble in the neighbourhood. Although neither she nor the sheriff (Rodrigo Santoro) admits to obtaining a good look at the creature, it is obvious that this tale is more complex than it first appears.

Wolf Pack Marks Sarah Michelle Gellar's Return to Supernatural TV

Gellar returns to the supernatural genre with Santoro as Garrett Briggs, Armani Jackson as Everett Lang, Bella Shepard as Blake Navarro, Tyler Lawrence Gray as Harlan Briggs, and Chloe Rose Robertson as Luna Briggs.

Davis will serve as executive producer for Capital Arts alongside Karen Gorodetzky, Joe Genier, and Mike Elliott. Gellar, Jason Ensler, and Christian Taylor will also serve as executive producers.

Gellar previously stated that the relatability of the storylines and the hardships the characters encounter drew her to the project. As a result, viewers can expect a grounded, character-driven drama.

Gellar described the series' first season as "deliberate" in its storytelling and "cinematic" in its appeal, saying she was "blown away" by "plot twist after plot twist."
