Recently ending with 12 episodes, following the finale comes the question of whether there will be a Season 2 for The Executioner and Her Way of Life and if there would be, when can it be expected to be released.
The Executioner and Her Way of Life is based on a Japanese yuri light novel series with the words of Mato Sato and the illustrations of Nilitsu. There is also a manga adaptation of the same name with the illustrations of Ryo Mitsuya.
The Executioner and Her Way of Life revolves around the story of Menou, an executioner who has to eliminate the Lost Ones, those who come from an alternate world with powers called Pure Concept.
Menou is supposed to kill Akari, however, she is almost invincible given that she has the Pure Concept of Time and can reverse her death even after being killed. Menou has to stay with her to find a way to eliminate Akari.

Will There Be a Season 2 of The Executioner and Her Way of Life?
As of the time of writing, unfortunately, there is no news yet regarding Season 2 of The Executioner and Her Way of Life.
JC Staff nor any affiliated people who worked on the anime have yet to announce whether there would be another run for Menou and the Lost Ones.
Still, if the studio would choose to pursue Season 2 of The Executioner and Her Way of Life, there is still a lot of material to base on given that the light novel is yet to end. Should it happen, the earliest release date possible would be sometime in 2023.
