Sarada Uchiha is one of the protagonists of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. She is the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura and a member of Team 7 along with Mitsuki and Boruto. Sarada was raised by her mother since her father’s duty is to support the village from the outside. This made her struggle to understand who she is and what she is supposed to do.
But after meeting Sasuke through Naruto, Sarada eventually learned the importance of connecting with people. This also made her realize that she wanted to be a Hokage so she can connect with more people. Boruto supports her dream as he wanted to go a different path. Here are some of the reasons Sarada has a great potential to become the Hokage.
She wanted to become the Hokage
As mentioned, Sarada has her eyes on becoming the Hokage someday. She idolizes Naruto Uzumaki, the Seventh Hokage, even if her own father is a legendary shinobi himself. She believes that Naruto has the qualities a shinobi should have. Since Naruto and Sasuke believe in her skills and wanted to support her dreams, there is a huge chance that she can be the Hokage.
She is from the Uchiha Clan
One of the well-known clans in the world of Naruto and Boruto is the Uchiha clan. For those who watched or read Naruto, the clan’s aim is for Konoha to flourish. There were a lot of respectable and deserving members of the clan that could have been amazing Hokages like Sasuke and Itachi but they never had the chance to. Sarada might bring honor to her clan by being the first Uchiha Hokage of Konoha.
Sarada is the leader of Team 7
A Hokage should showcase leadership skills and Sarada has shown that in the series. People listen to her, even Boruto Uzumaki. With her intellect, observation skills, and abilities, she could be a good leader that can handle not only her team members but also the village.
She inherited the abilities of her parents
As mentioned, Sarada is the daughter of Sakura and Sasuke. This means that she inherited their skills and even dreams. She has immense strength and knowledge in medical ninjutsu like her mother. These were the same abilities that Tsunade have and she became the Hokage at some point.
Sarada so far has the ability to use Sharingan like her father. She could also inherit his other abilities as she continued to improve. Sasuke also dreamt of becoming a Hokage but it seemed that he will pass it on to his daughter.
She is compassionate
Between Sarada and Boruto, Sarada has shown that she has more compassion than him. She can understand the suffering of people and this helps her follow her principles. She follows the principles of Hiruzen Sarutobi and Naruto Uzumaki which helped her understand the people around her better. This could help her decide things that would benefit the village someday.
