Are Lee Min Ho And Park Shin Hye Reuniting For The Heirs Season 2?

Sad to say, there is still no confirmation that Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye will be doing The Heirs Season 2. Aside from the fact that the story of Kim Tan and Cha Eun Sang ended already, Min Ho and Shin Hye are currently busy with their respective lives.

Lee Min Ho just, recently, launched a campaign for the French fashion house and luxury brand Louis Vuitton. On August 4, the K-drama superstar released photos of him wearing some pieces from the luxury brand on Instagram.

As usual, Lee Min Ho's snaps effortlessly garnered millions of likes just a few minutes after it was uploaded. The Boys over Flowers star was named as the newest ambassador of Louis Vuitton in April.

Park Shin Hye, who is Lee Min Ho's leading lady in The Heirs, just starred in the Netflix sci-fi series titled Sisyphus: The Myth. The actress played the role of Kang Seo Hae, an elite warrior who traveled back in time from the future to protect engineer and CEO Tae Sul (Sho Seung Woo), who was uncovering the truth behind the death of his brother.

Kim Woo Bin, who was also part of the original cast, is very unlikely to return should The Heirs Season 2 get the green light as he is undergoing his treatment in the United States.

It has been eight years since SBS released the finale episode of The Heirs. However, up until now, the network has not yet released any official announcement about The Heirs Season 2. So, devoted followers of the K-drama should take all reports about the yet-to-be-confirmed second installment with a huge grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct.

Though The Heirs Season 2 is not happening anytime soon yet, fans can still watch the original series on Kcocowa, SBS World, and Apple TV. The K-drama is also available on Viki and Netflix for international viewers.

Will The Heirs Season 2 Push Through Without Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye?

Since the characters of Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye already had their happy ending, it is highly possible that The Heirs Season 2 will feature new lead stars. Moreover, the present age of the two South Korean actors could be a huge hurdle as it may no longer fit the possible characters of the rumored second installment.

Unless, of course, if Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye will portray more mature roles like being parents to the lead stars, they could still appear in The Heirs Season 2. But, who knows? So, fans of Min Ho and Shin Hye should stay tuned for more updates.
