Now that The JOJOLands has commenced serialization, fans will have questions about the future of the series. So, is The JOJOLands the last part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga?
If so, the manga series will leave a gap when it ends, as it's been ongoing since 1987 and boasts an impressive number of 131 volumes -- this was before The JOJOLands was in the picture.
So, can more content be expected after The JOJOLands ends?

What Is The JOJOLands All About?
The JOJOLands is the newest installment to the iconic manga series, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki.
This time, the story unfolds in Hawaii in 2023. The protagonist bearing the name JoJo is Jodio Joestar, a 15-year-old boy who dreams of becoming rich.
Jodio and his brother, Dragona, take part in drug dealing and smuggling to provide for and protect their single mother.
The duo's life is about to change when they're tasked with breaking into a rich tourist's villa and stealing a precious gem.
For those looking to read The JOJOLands, a translated version isn't available yet, but given the series' popularity, we'd expect that to change soon!
Will The JOJOLands Be the Last Part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure?
Unless there is a major change of plans, we would expect The JOJOLands to be the final part of JoJo's Bizare Adventure.
Thematically, it would make sense for The JOJOLands to conclude the series, as it takes place in the same continuity as Parts 7 and 8, aka Steel Ball Run and JoJolion.
So far, different parts of the series have formed thematic trios. Thus, the first three parts featured the original JoJos fighting against vampiric forces.
Following that, we had Parts 4-6 which introduced a new generation -- the children of some of the original characters who had to face different types of opponents.
Parts 7-9 form a new continuity. Some fans would argue that it'd actually make sense for another, final trilogy to come out so that there's a total of six volumes in each continuity.
However, bear in mind that JoJo's Bizare Adventure has been around for decades, and it's one of Shueisha's longest ongoing series by the number of volumes.
Will There Be More JoJo Content After The JoJoLands?
While new JoJo content after the end of The JOJOLands cannot be entirely ruled out, it is a bit of a stretch to expect another three volumes on top of that.
Instead, some fans believe that The JOJOLands will find a way to connect the new continuity with the old one, becoming a satisfying ending for one of the most beloved and unique manga series.
Ultimately, all stories have to end, and it's best if they do so at a high point, as dragging too much can mar people's memories of a beloved series.
