Lee Je Hoon shared the reason why he created his own agency, COMPANY ON.
In June 2021, COMPANY ON released a statement confirming that the actor created the management company to "start his new dream." The company name has different meanings, including "on" for warmth, wholeness, and "switch."
COMPANY ON can also be pronounced similarly to the English word "companion," so its artists can never feel alone in their journey.

Why Lee Je Hoon Made COMPANY ON Revealed
Following the success of his drama Taxi Driver 2, Lee Je Hoon shared in an interview why he made his own management company.
Per the actor, the company would allow him to reach his goal of working for the rest of his life.
"After the exclusive contract with the first company came to an end, I contemplated a lot about whether to stay with that company, move to a new company, or promote on my own," he explained.

Lee Je Hoon added that he usually does not share the same objective as the other companies, leading him to find another company. As a result, he established his own so he could work for the rest of his life.
Although COMPANY ON only started two years ago, Lee Je Hoon pledged to continue working on expanding it in the future.
Apart from managing the company, the 40-year-old actor also shared his future plans, including working harder in the next 10 years.
Lee Je Hoon Shared Similar Thoughts Previously
Before his recent interview, Lee Je Hoon already told a local media news outlet that he started thinking about setting up his company after starring in his debut film, Truth Litmus, in 2006.
Per the Where Stars Land actor, he started acting because he loved movies so much. As for his other wish, Lee Je Hoon said he would be able to act as long as he wants if he also dedicates himself to film production.
