Who is Rama-Tut in Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania?

The post-credits scene of Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania shows that there are a lot of Kang variants enough to fill in a stadium of what seems to be Chronopolis and they have been called by the Council of Kangs where Rama-Tut is one of the leaders.

While they were not named or addressed in the Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania post-credits scene, Rama-Tut is not one to be mistaken because he is the only one who wears an Egyptian garb and that is easily his identifier. Dressed like a pharaoh, Rama-Tut talks about Kang The Conqueror being dead.

Rama-Tut seems to have a clashing personality with the futuristic looking Kang Variant who may possibly be Kid Immortus or Iron Lad, but Rama-Tut has a high regard on Immortus, the old Kang variant with a raspy kind of voice and an elder among them.

Rama-Tut is the very first appearance of Kang in Fantastic Four #19 (1961) when Marvel's first family travelled back in time to look for a way to get the sight of Alicia Masters back. They bumped into Rama-Tut, a pharaoh, and they were captured with his futuristic weapons.

In the comics, Nathaniel Richards from Earth-6311 took a time machine of his ancestors and travelled back in time to ancient Egypt where he became Pharaoh Rama-Tut. He was from the 30th century and even when he was not named Kang, yet, it was later revealed that he is the villain's variant.

Much like Kang The Conqueror, Rama-Tut has a knack of wanting to be a god-like creature among men and this is exhibited when he enslaved Egypt with his modern ways.

It has been long teased that Rama-Tut will be making an appearance sometime in the MCU after his symbol is seen on one of the jackets of the men of Arthur Harrow in Moon Knight.
