Uhtred of Bebbanburg has had a lot of women in his life. In every season of The Last Kingdom, he always had a love interest.
He was first with Brida, his childhood friend, but they ended things because Brida chose to be with the Danes. Uhtred then ended up in an arranged marriage with Mildrith, but that doesn’t last after their son dies and she joins a convent.
After his first marriage, he starts a relationship with the shadow queen Iseult, but she ends up beheaded in battle. This breaks Uhtred’s heart, but he finds love again with Gisela.
Uhtred then marries Gisela and stays married to her for years, until she dies in childbirth. He ends up having three children with Gisela – Young Uhtred, Stiorra, and Osbert.
A witch and seer named Skade then takes interest in Uhtred, but he kills her after she curses him. And finally, Uhtred ends up with Aethelflaed, before an illness took her away.
After Aethelflaed’s death, Uhtred remained still very much in love with her. But at the end of The Last Kingdom Season 5, the series seemingly teased that Uhtred and Eadith would end up together.
However, in Seven Kings Must Die, the healer is nowhere to be seen. So, who does Uhtred end up with in The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die?

Seven Kings Must Die Ending: Uhtred Ends Up with No One
It turns out, Uhtred didn’t end up with anyone. After he was heartbroken by Aethelflaed’s death, he ends up not finding love again. Although in the books, Eadith and Uhtred end up getting married, that doesn’t happen in the movie.
While Season 5 seemingly teased that he would end up with Eadith, the healer doesn’t appear in the film. So probably Eadith continued to travel the world, healing the sick.

While in Seven Kings Must Die, gossip of Uhtred and the widow Eadgifu getting together took place, a relationship doesn’t happen. In the end, Uhtred dies (kind of), but not before swearing Northumbria to Aethelstan.
Before entering the afterlife (or Valhalla), Uhtred tells everyone not to grieve for him and that it was always written that he would fall in battle. He then walks to the afterlife door and sees a brightly-lit hall filled with people in his life who have died, including Brida.
Finan then goes on to narrate:
Did seven kings die? The chronicles do not record if my lord Uhtred survived. But those like me, who knew him, recognize him as the greatest warrior of our age, and a man who made a kingdom.
So after having many love interests in the series, Uhtred doesn’t end up with anyone.
