The fictional WcDonald’s is coming to life not only with a new sauce and manga-inspired packaging but also with episodic shorts. In collaboration with Studio Pierrot, McDonald’s first-ever official WcDonald’s anime is here. So, who are the WcDonald’s anime characters?

McDonald’s Confirms Four-Episode Anime of Different Genres for WcDonald's
McDonald’s is honoring four of anime’s biggest subgenres, such as action, romance, mecha, and fantasy, with their first-ever official episodic shorts starting from February 26 to March 18, 2024, for the WcDonald's universe.
The first episode is titled The Race to WcDonald’s, which features two heroes competing in an epic race to WcDonald’s.
The second episode is titled Love from Across the Booth, which stars two protagonists indulging with WcDonald’s Sauce and WcNuggets.
The third episode is titled WcNuggets Space Frontier 3000, which revolves around a team of WcDonald’s pilots.
The final episode is titled The Wisdom of the Sauce, which follows three women isekai’d to a distant land.
These four episodic shorts will arrive on the official website of WcDonald’s, along with a new manga.
There’s no word on whether WcDonald’s will add more episodes in the future, so stay tuned.
Who Are the WcDonald’s Anime Characters?
The official website of WcDonald’s reveals some of the characters that will appear in their episodic shorts, and they are as follows:
- Midnight is a manager-in-training who aims to make everyone feel happy since his first shift at WcDonald’s.
- Burg wears a burger mask at WcDonald's, and rumors say he wore it even before working at the fast-food chain. His thoughts are as loud as his emotions.
- WcDIZER 3000 is the trusty mecha of the Moon-Base WcDonald’s. It is a large robot with a soft heart. The crew pilots the robot, and when it’s on autopilot, it stargazes until three in the morning.
- Flurry embodies the perfect employee at WcDonald’s. When she’s not working, she uses her watch to explore different dimensions.
Meanwhile, WcDonald’s also confirmed the following anime characters, but has yet to reveal their background information:
