SM Entertainment is back with its annual SMTOWN Wonderland Halloween Party.
For years, SM Entertainment has been notably presenting its artists wearing outfits inspired by horror or thriller films and series. The party returned in 2021 after the agency postponed the events in 2019 and 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year, the agency will offer something to fans for the first time as the artists come back with their desired costumes.
SMTOWN Wonderland Halloween Party 2022 Offers Good News
Korea JoongAng Daily and more Korean news outlets confirmed that SM Entertainment’s annual Halloween Party would happen on October 30. This year, fans will be able to watch it live through Beyond LIVE from 6:15 p.m. onward.
For paid Kwangya Club members, the live stream will be available to watch for free.
SM Entertainment disclosed that tickets could be purchased by fans who do not have an official fan club membership. The passes can be availed until 5:45 p.m. KST on October 30.
The agency, however, already clarified that a group might not be complete as it is not necessary for them to attend the event.

While the artists are still preparing for it, fans wish some of them would wear costumes based on several anime series and English shows, including Jujutsu Kaisen, Cardcaptor Sakura, Resident Evil, Hunger Games, and Spy x Family.
The Best Dresser award will be given to the artists who manage to turn everyone’s heads. The prize will be a donation in their name to a particular charity.
Will SMTOWN Wonderland 2021 Winners Win Again?
With the growing SM Entertainment family, K-pop idols and artists might have difficulty winning the Best Dresser award. Still, fans are looking forward to seeing the winners’ choices this year.
In 2021, NCT Ten and Red Velvet Yeri won the Bronze for wearing Ciel Phantomhive and Princess Hours’ Shin Chae Kyung costumes. Meanwhile, NCT Taeyong and Jungwoo, who dressed as Edward and Bella from Twilight, won the Silver award.
aespa Giselle (Harley Quinn) won gold, while Super Junior Shindong and NCT Chenle scored the platinum award for wearing costumes of Squid Game’s Younghee and The Nun’s nun, respectively.
SHINee Onew brought home the top prize for dressing up as The Penguin.
