He could clear up any of the world’s unresolved cases in a matter of minutes, but all of the culprits he can find die under his watch.
Ron Kamonohashi was once the number one detective at Blue, the world’s most prestigious detective training academy. However, he got expelled, and worse, his detective license was revoked due to his high mortality rate.
He can’t do any detective work, no matter how willing he is to get involved. It sucks, but Ron has to accept his unfortunate fate.
He has hit rock bottom, to the extent that he has a custom-made cushion floor, which he named Floor of Sloth.
Ron’s appearance also changed. He became a shaggy guy who looks like he’s wearing seaweed on his head. The police officers even identify him as a crazy guy with a crazy personality.
Even so, Ron Kamonohashi’s love for solving crimes never died. He tried to resist it, but the urge inside him always got the best of him. Whenever he hears about a case, he can no longer suppress the urge to solve it.
Thanks to a pure-hearted police detective named Totomaru Isshiki, Ron’s pathetic life began to change. He began helping Isshiki in the shadows, clearing cases from one crime scene to another with no casualties involved.
Toto, as Ron would like to call his sidekick, stops the culprits from killing themselves. He was just the right person Ron needed to become active again, despite his biggest flaw getting in the way.
Ron can pressure the culprits he catches to end their lives. It is up to Toto to prevent this from happening at all costs!
