Where Did the Anime Leave Off in Demon Slayer’s Manga?
Season 3 of Demon Slayer, the most recent anime content, adapts up to chapter 127 of the manga (more on that below).
The latest season adapts the series' Swordsmith Village Arc. After that is the smaller Hashira Training Arc, which is then followed by the Infinity Castle Arc.
If you want to start reading Demon Slayer from where the anime has left off, the best option is to read from chapter 128 onwards.
If you’re purchasing physical copies, this will be from volume 15. Otherwise, you can read Demon Slayer's manga online through Viz's Shonen Jump service.

Where to Start Reading Demon Slayer After Season 3's Swordsmith Village Arc
Demon Slayer Season 3 concludes with chapter 127 of the manga. Therefore, if you want to start reading at the end of Swordsmith Village, you'll want to start from chapter 128.
Demon Slayer chapter 126 is the end of Tanjiro's fight against Hantengu and the other demons attacking the Swordsmith Village. Chapter 127 primarily covers the aftermath of that fight but also some details about Muzan and the Blue Spider Lily.
Demon Slayer chapter 128, A Request for Instruction, officially starts the next arc. Both chapters 127 and 128 appear early in the manga's 15th volume.
Where to Start Reading Demon Slayer After Season 2: Entertainment District Arc
If you want to re-experience Demon Slayer Season 3 in the manga, the Swordsmith Village Arc season starts from chapter 98. In terms of Demon Slayer’s manga volumes, this is the start of volume 12.
Technically, the Swordsmith Village Arc starts from chapter 100 of the Demon Slayer manga. However, as with other seasons, the first episode of the anime rounds off the end of the previous arc to bring fans back up to speed.

Where to Start the Demon Slayer Manga After Mugen Train
If you want to re-experience Demon Slayer Season 2 in the manga, you can start reading from chapter 67. Chapter 66 is where the Mugen Train film ends.
For many fans, Mugen Train was their first experience of the Demon Slayer franchise. This film was a huge success, particularly in terms of how it engaged new fans.
The Mugen Train arc in the manga also includes chapters 67-69. In the anime, however, these chapters serve as the opening to the Entertainment District Arc. So, if you’ve watched the film, you’ll want to read these chapters to see the aftermath.
If you’re buying volumes of the Demon Slayer manga, you’ll want to start with volume 8 after the Mugen Train film.
