Kim Eun Bi, a former trainee who was set to debut with BLACKPINK members, started a new life and career after leaving YG Entertainment.
Before BLACKPINK happened, fans referred to the group's initial lineup as PINK PUNK. The first members included the current BLACKPINK members and the Superstar K2 contestant, Kim Eun Bi.
However, as the group's lineup failed, Kim Eun Bi continued to become a trainee until she voluntarily left the agency in 2014.

Kim Eun Bi Reveals Why She Left YG Entertainment
While the spotlight is currently focused on BLACKPINK amid the girl group's continuous success, Kim Eun Bi recently shared a sneak peek of her current life outside the stardom.
She recently appeared in an interview (via iMBC) to share what she is currently up to. The now-31-year-old recalled her trainee days, noting that she was constantly criticized for her dancing though she knew she was not good at it.

Kim Eun Bi added that she lost a lot of weight while training under YG Entertainment. She shared that she exactly lost at least 8kgs a month.
As for the reason why she left the label, she revealed that she suffered from both physical and psychological issues. Her back issues also affected her capacity to practice and continue her work as a trainee while dealing with mental exhaustion caused by long hours of rehearsals.
Kim Eun Bi Has Different Life Than BLACKPINK Members
After leaving the BLACKPINK members and YG Entertainment to focus on her health, Kim Eun Bi shared how much she regretted letting go of her dream to become an idol.
However, she gave herself a chance again when she debuted as a solo artist in 2019. Through Stone Music Entertainment, she was able to release her first solo track, PPP.
As of press time, Kim Eun Bi focuses on a different job as an owner of a whiskey bar.
"There aren't people who come here knowingly, but there are many who come here by chance and then recognize me," she went on.
