The series centers Catarina Claes, a noble girl, who accidentally banged her head. Her memories of her past life were recovered in which she was an otaku. In that life, she was killed in a traffic incident after playing Fortune Lover, an otome game. She then enters the world of the said game wherein she was reincarnated as a villainess.
But she is not just any other villain as she is doomed to be exiled or killed no matter what the player's route is. Her new mission is to find a way to countermeasure the doomed route to save herself.
