Hit-And-Run Squad Korean movie stars Gong Hyo Jin as Eun Si-yeon, an elite police officer who gets fierce and serious when catching criminals. She becomes a part of the hit-and-run task force assigned to tracking down criminals who do hit and run.
Ryu Jun Yeol portrays the character of Seo Min-jae, the youngest and the ace member of the task force who also has a persistent attitude compared to his physical appearance. Jo Jung Suk is Jung Jae-cheol, a rich businessman who is a former car racer.
Hit-And-Run Squad also features SHINee's Key as a tow truck driver who is always present after a hit-and-run, and Yum Jung Ah as Eun Si-yeon's superior officer at the regional investigation unit. Additionally, actress Jeon Hye-jin plays Woo Sun-young, the chief of the hit-and-run task force.

Hit-And-Run Squad revolves around the mission of Eun Si-yeon to catch one of the task force's most wanted. After being demoted to the hit-and-run task force from the regional investigation unit at the National Police Agency, Eun Si-yeon works with the ace Seo Min-jae and chief Woo Sun-young to try and catch Jung Jae-cheol. The first Formula One racer in South Korea, Jung Jae-cheol suddenly retired as a race car driver and is now a rich businessman who still has a lingering addiction to speed driving.
