The Peripheral is finally out on Amazon Prime Video and it's a great sci-fi series to add to your watch list.
So far, the premiere is the only episode released so far but Amazon Prime Video has already released its schedule of weekly episode titles. Here's what we know.
When Do New Episodes Of The Peripheral Come Out?
For the first season of The Peripheral, Amazon Prime Video ordered the series to have a total of eight episodes. Each new episode will be released on a Friday, beginning October 21st.
Here is a breakdown of the episodes and their release schedule:
- Episode 1: Pilot - October 21
- Episode 2: Empathy Bonus - October 21
- Episode 3: Haptic Drift - October 28
- Episode 4: Jackpot - November 4
- Episode 5: What About Bob - November 11
- Episode 6: TBA - November 18
- Episode 7: The Doodad - November 25
- Episode 8: The Creation of a Thousand Forests - December 2
The season finale will be released on December 2, 2022.
Will There Be A The Peripheral Season 2?
Even though The Peripheral was just released last week, Amazon Prime Video already has big plans for the continuation of the show.
According to Production Weekly, The Peripheral Season 2 is already listed as in active development. This means we can expect a second season to follow the first season.
