Magic: The Gathering'sRavnica Allegiance is coming in January and fans are excited to see how the five other Ravnica guilds (Azorius, Simic, Gruul, Rakdos, and Orzhov) will be represented in the upcoming set. Of course, we're expecting the set to feature the lockets of the five guilds just like the ones in Guilds of Ravnica, and fans are wondering how they would look. Thanks to the latest Dungeons & Dragons book Guildmasters' Guide to Ravnica, we know what presumably would be the art for the five remaining lockets.
Redditor Snowchill has shared an Imgur album revealing what the lockets for the five Ravnica Allegiance guilds would look like. Check them out:
I think the Simic one looks the coolest here. I'm not a fan of the Orzhov and the Gruul but the Azorius and Rakdos artworks look fine.
According to Snowchill, the book also gives an overview of the guilds' second-in-commands that we might see in next Ravnica set: Massacre girl (named Judith) for the Rakdos, Teysa for the Orzhov, Nikya for the Gruul, Lavinia and a cognitive mage named Geetra for the Azorius.
Here's the official description of Guildmasters' Guide to Ravnica:
Explore a worldwide cityscape filled to the brim with adventure and intrigue in this campaign setting for the world's greatest roleplaying game.
A perpetual haze of dreary rain hangs over the spires of Ravnica. Bundled against the weather, the cosmopolitan citizens in all their fantastic diversity go about their daily business in bustling markets and shadowy back alleys. Through it all, ten guilds—crime syndicates, scientific institutions, church hierarchies, military forces, judicial courts, buzzing swarms, and rampaging gangs—vie for power, wealth, and influence.
These guilds are the foundation of power on Ravnica. They have existed for millennia, and each one has its own identity and civic function, its own diverse collection of races and creatures, and its own distinct subculture. Their history is a web of wars, intrigue, and political machinations as they have vied for control of the plane.
Guildmasters' Guide to Ravnica is out now, and you can get it for $49.99 (MSRP). Ravnica Allegiance will be released on January 25.
