One of the new characters that will be introduced in the upcoming MCU film Deadpool 3 is Dogpool, the dog variant of the titular hero who is nicknamed the "Merc with a Bark."
In the comics, the character is always portrayed as a brown dog with a Deadpool mask. However, in its big screen debut, it will be portrayed with a different breed.
An official Instagram account was also created for Dogpool ahead of her MCU debut later this year where fans can check out various photos of the dog as they're anticipating the release of the film.
It is unknown yet how the character will play into the story of the movie, but there is no doubt that she will become a scene-stealer and it won't be surprising if she'll end up as an instant MCU fan-favorite later this year after the film arrives in theaters.

Meet Peggy, the Dog Who Portrays Dogpool in Deadpool 3
Dogpool is portrayed by an East Yorkshire-based pet dog named Peggy. She was notably crowned as the "ugliest dog" in Britain last year.
However, despite that title, Peggy's owner Holly Middleton still describes Peggy as being "great either way" regardless of a makeover when she spoke to BBC.
Middleton also does not take any offense at the people who call her that way and she sees the remark as "always in a humorous way" since she believes that Peggy will always be "beautiful both inside and out."
Now, Peggy is going to be one of the stars of this year's highly-anticipated Deadpool 3.
Peggy's Rare Breed Explained
Peggy is believed to be a mixed breed of Pug and Chinese Crested Dog (aka Pugese).
Middleton revealed to BBC that she adopted Peggy online when she was the last remaining pup available from an accidental litter.
"We loved her the Instant we laid eyes on her with her big brown eyes, little tuft of white hair and her tongue lolling out to one side. I just felt sorry for her, sat there with no hair and her tongue out," she described the moment she first saw Peggy.
Since then, she has become a loving addition to Middleton's family and, soon enough, she will be loved by many thanks to her casting as Dogpool in a film that will be seen by millions of people worldwide.
