Sistas Star Seemingly Confirms Main Character Exits in Season 7
Tyler Perry's Sistas Season 7 leaves fans scratching their heads at how things are going for the series.
Not only are there inconsistencies in the timeline, and the instant recasting with Jordan, but there's also the possibility that we're losing some of the main fan-favorite characters in previous episodes.
According to Devale Ellis, who plays Zac in Sistas and the spinoff show Zatima, Sistas Season 7 is taking some of the main characters out of the show.
Devale detailed that once they were given the scripts for Season 7, the cast noticed that there had been changes in which characters were returning and exiting the show.
"Then we found out that Tyler Perry Studios is no longer writing the scripts for Sistas and he's hired a writers' room." Devale added, "The [new writers] took the liberty to write their own story for certain characters, introduce new characters, and dismiss certain characters."
While the Sistas star didn't detail which characters are being dismissed from the show, he did mention, "The characters that have been on the show that are no longer going to be on the show found out via a phone call, approximately three weeks before we were supposed to start filming in May."

Is Preston Leaving Sistas? Rumors Explored
While Ellis didn't explicitly confirm or mention which of the recurring characters we are losing in Sistas, fans seem to think that Preston is one of them.
Considering that Preston and Danni (played by Mignon Von) have been on and off a couple of times throughout the series run and that Preston is getting married to someone else, there's a chance that he won't be returning in Season 7.
However, it is worth noting that Sistas Season 7 is still ongoing, which means this has a 50/50 chance of being true or not. We will have to wait until all the episodes come out for the seventh season.
