Throughout the series, Cal has been a pivotal character and his return as someone who is five years older surprised everyone. In Manifest Season 4 Part 1, he has a dragon-like scar on his arm, similar to that of Henry Kim, what does it mean?
How Did Cal Get The Dragon Scar in Manifest Season 4?
In Manifest Season 4 Part 1, a Chinese Flight 828 passenger brings one of the most pivotal pieces on the research of Saanvi, Vance, and Michaela about what happened to them as Henry Kim returned with the black box of Montego Air 828.
Before speaking to anyone else, he demands to see "the boy," and it was Cal Stone. Cal immediately recognized the scar on the arm of Henry Kim and when Cal asked about it, Henry said Cal has one, too. Surprisingly, Cal got the exact same dragon scar on his arm.
Henry says that he got the scar when he was struck by lightning. Henry reveals to Cal that the scar is like the dragon, a symbol of resilience and potency, one that guided him to get through the hard days of his life. Without the lightning, Cal got it on his arms, too.

What Does The Scar on Cal's Arm Mean in Manifest Season 4?
Surprisingly, while Cal and Olive are looking for answers, they found that the dragon is the symbol of enlightenment, what they call the "divine consciousness," the very source of the Callings of the passengers of Flight 828.
Another finding they have is that the dragon is the symbol of the sapphire's potency. It is important to note that Angelina is now, technically, the Omega Sapphire, and when she uses it, the arm of Cal glows, too, which means the two are intricately related.
With the stronger Angelina and the renewed Cal, the apocalypse comes near and only Cal can save it being the dragon, the hope of everyone in the looming doom that they will be facing in Manifest Season 4 Part 2.
