James Mangold’s Logan is currently tearing up the box-office, and a lot of praise is regarding the movie as one of the best X-Men films to ever come out. Mr. Sunday Movies on Youtube has broken down every easter egg and reference in the movie, including nods to comic events as well as cameos from certain characters.
It’s funny how the movie sort of explains Charles Xavier’s (Patrick Stewart) sudden hair growth. As it turns out, the reason Xavier was balding was because of his powers, and with his mental sickness in Logan, his powers are subdued and his hair now had time to grow out again. That was confirmed by James Mangold himself.
I thought Logan was the best Wolverine solo movie that fans ever got, and it’s kind of a shame that Hugh Jackman is bowing out now just when the director got the formula right.
Logan is currently showing in theaters.
