There have been jokes about the cast of Knives Out 2 growing every hour as a new actor is added to the sequel. So it's no surprise that the Rian Johnson film may have sneaked another A-lister into the movie just as they started filming. New set photos seem to confirm that Moon Knight star Ethan Hawke had secretly joined the cast.
Knives Out 2 began production on Monday and people rushed to the set in Greece in hopes of seeing the likes of Daniel Craig and Kate Hudson as they filmed their scenes.
Fans were not disappointed as they got to see the stars at work. However, the set photos also reveal a new cast member who was not previously announced to join the sequel. The images also featured a ponytailed Hawke in a light blue suit and a strange-looking gun. Check it out here.
It's interesting to see that Hawke is working on a different project considering that Moon Knight is expected to begin production soon. On the other hand, there's a huge chance that Hawke will immediately start working on the series once he is done with the sequel.
Hawke is the third Marvel star to join Knives Out 2 which will also feature Guardians of the Galaxy's Dave Bautista and Jessica Henwick from Iron Fist. Captain America actor Chris Evans starred in the first movie which was released in 2019.
