A couple of days following the premiere of Zack Snyder's Justice League and we can already say that it's a major triumph in the world of superhero and comic book films. The 4-hour DCEU extravaganza has been getting great reviews from both fans and critics and just like that, things are once again looking promising for the future of the SnyderVerse.

We even reported last week that Warner Bros. is actually considering restoring the SnyderVerse thanks to all the hype surrounding it but as it turns out, the studio's executives, mainly Walter Hamada aren't actually happy with the film's success which has spawned a new movement called #RestoreTheSnyderVerse.

According to Mikey Sutton of Geekosity, the studio is trying really hard to sabotage the project especially now that it's been generating a lot of positive reactions from all four corners of the comic book world. He even claims that WB was actually responsible for the early Snyder Cut leaks that rocked social media a few weeks back. The J.J. Abrams Superman reboot announcement was also a way to divert the fans' attention away from the Snyder Cut.

But before you lose hope, Sutton also claims that Snyder has found an ally in HBO Max's executives who are reportedly willing to help the director continue the SnyderVerse. Of course, this one still remains as a massive rumor so take it with a huge grain of salt.

It's frustrating to think how WB keeps on meddling with the DCEU but I'm still hopeful that the studio's executives will have clarity of mind and reconsider reworking on Justice League 2 & 3. I mean, if they really care about the fans like they say they do, there's no reason for them to continue delaying the SnyderVerse because clearly, that's what the fans want.

Zack Snyder's Justice League is now available for streaming on HBO Max.
