WandaVision will have ‘Wealth of Rewards’ for Fans Who’ve Seen All 23 MCU Films

Though Marvel had been absent from the box office this year, they are set to launch Phase 4 with WandaVision on Disney+ this winter. With the series being boasted as Marvel's most experimental project, Marvel head Kevin Feige says there is something in the show for diehard MCU fans.

Talking to Entertainment Weekly, Feige explains, "… If you've been tracking the 23 movies we've made and following along the stories into Phase 4, there'll be a wealth of rewards waiting for you as it all unfolds."

We don't really know what Feige means with ‘a wealth of rewards' but even now you can see that the series if pulling from the very early days of the MCU; probably the most prevalent is the return of Kat Dennings' Darcy who we haven't seen since Thor: The Dark World came out back in 2013. The series will also see the return of Ant-Man and the Wasp's Jimmy Woo (Randall Park) as well as a grown up Monica Rambeau (who we first met in Captain Marvel).

Based on the trailers, fans are guessing that Wanda will lose control of her powers and get herself stuck in some kind of Pleasantville TV world where Vision is still alive and well. It's been confirmed that the show sets up the events for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, but I have my fingers crossed that we also get a tease for the arrival of the Mutants.

No release date has been set for WandaVision, but the show is expected to hit Disney+ before the year ends.
