WandaVision is scheduled to only have nine episodes. However, the reality-altering premise of the show can certainly justify the addition of one more episode. In fact, this notion is not just a theory but also backed by a plausible leak.
Actress Selena Anduze plays S.W.O.R.D. Agent Rodriguez. Her agency is called STW Talent Agency. The talent agency mentioned on a Facebook post that one of their clients will appear in several episodes of the WandaVision series.
The now-deleted photo from the post was shared by The Direct, stating that Selena will appear in Episodes 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of the series. However, the agency updated the post, without mentioning any other additional episodes.

It has to be noted that the post can be a simple mistake on the part of STW Talent Agency. Nonetheless, the potential of a 10th episode is not entirely impossible.
When WandaVision's first trailers dropped, it received massive views and became a very hot topic. Marvel Studios could have seen the hype and may have opted for the series to add one more episode. Perhaps, they could have planned it all along.
In the most recent episode, a man showed up claiming to be Wanda's dead brother (presumably). However, the man was not the ‘actor' who played the character in Age of Ultron (Taylor Johnson). Instead, he was played by Evan Peters who is 21st Century Fox's version of the character in the X-Men films, even on Deadpool 2.
Peters' Pietro entering WandaVision can be a notion that the X-Men is slowly unfolding in the MCU. WandaVision is set to end on March 5, 2021, while the next Marvel's Disney+ series, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier will be on March 19, 2021. This means there is a one week break in between the two series. It is entirely possible that WandaVision can add another episode in the ‘one-week' break.
Currently, there is no confirmation that WandaVision will have the 10th episode. That said, WandaVision airs every Friday.
