There is little doubt that Scarlet Witch is the most powerful person inWandaVision right now. But is it possible that she will be by an equally powerful family member? Viggo Mortensen joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Magneto in a truly impressive fan art.
The fan art was created by digital artist thebatflashhunterdesign and has been shared on Instagram. In the artwork, Mortensen wears the Magneto costume that was worn by Michael Fassbender in the X-Men films and holds his helmet under his arm. Check it out below.
It's gorgeous artwork that has us convinced that the Lord of the Rings actor would be the perfect choice to play Wanda Maximoff's father in WandaVision. After all, Mortensen is known for his quiet yet powerful presence in his project so he would be an amazing Magneto.
Although we're loving what the MCU fan art depicts, it is important to point out that Disney and Marvel Studios have not yet confirmed whether Magneto will show up in WandaVision. With that in mind, it's best to take it with a grain of salt.
We're not yet sure if the X-Men will actually appear in WandaVision but Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige may have teased on Magneto possibly showing up in other projects. It was previously reported that Feige hinted at Wanda's other "family members" making an appearance in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
