Venom 2 Star Tom Hardy Teases Spider-Man 3 Crossover With New Photo

It looks like another major character is going to show up in Spider-Man: No Way Home. A new photo seems to confirm that Venom: Let There Be Carnage star Tom Hardy has been working on the Marvel Cinematic Universe flick.

There have been speculations that Eddie Brock could be one of the mystery characters who will show up in Spider-Man 3. However, the project is still keeping most of its plot a mystery and the cast and crew are also really good at keeping things a secret. On the other hand, Hardy doesn't seem to be hiding evidence that he has been working on No Way Home.

A photo of Hardy wearing a Spider-Man: No Way Home production crew hat has been spotted on Twitter. The image was originally posted by filmmaker Lin Oeding on his own Instagram account before fans noticed the hat. Check it out here.

Interestingly, Oeding has since deleted the photo but fans were already excited about the possibility of Hardy being in Spider-Man 3. Needless to say, we'll have to wait for more solid evidence of Eddie's role in No Way Home.

For now, it has not yet been confirmed that Hardy is in Spider-Man 3. However, there is a huge possibility that we'll see Eddie and Peter Parker together in a movie soon. Venom 2 director Andy Serkis confirms that a Spider-Man crossover film featuring the symbiote could happen. It might still be a long wait for that but we'll be keeping you updated.

Venom: Let There Be Carnage will premiere on October 1, 2021. Spider-Man: No Way Home will hit theaters on December 17, 2021.
