TXT Taehyun Diet 2022: What He Eats In A Day Uncovered

TXT Taehyun and the rest of his co-members previously shared what their regular diet looks like today. Although it is believed that they followed strict regimens, especially during their trainee days, it is unclear whether they still do it in recent years.

What appears to be clear, however, is that the 20-year-old K-pop idol likes food. The only thing that he cannot eat is reportedly those that are spicy.

What TXT Taehyun Eats In A Day

During an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the TXT member noted that they usually start their day “really early in the morning.” Accordingly, they eat large portions of meals to fuel up quickly.

Koreaboo reported that Taehyun and the rest of the group likes rice for breakfast. Some of their most common choices are kimchi fried rice and rice dishes with omelet, which include jeyuk, bulgogi, and squid.

When asked why they have similar breakfast meals every day, he revealed that there is only one restaurant open in the area during the early hours.

As for lunch, the K-pop idol stated that they always have plenty of options. He explained that there is “nothing you can’t get delivered” these days.

When it comes to dinner, Taehyun is the only member who takes it regularly. He said he eats meals that are high in protein, such as chicken breast.

Taehyun Goes Big On Snacking

Taehyun, like most of the TXT members, loves to snack. He did not reveal, however, what types of foods he eats during these periods throughout the day.

In the same interview, the K-pop idol shared that he always does late-night snacking. He even reportedly added that he does it every day of the week.

Taehyun does not like mint chocolate ice cream, though, as well as spicy foods. Moreover, he reportedly prefers cider over cola as a beverage.
