To this day, there have been 7 light novel volumes, of the Tsuki to Laika to Nosferatu light novel. This is an ongoing work, therefore there's more of Irina's story to look forward to.

As such, the manga, which is available through Kodansha's Comic Days only has one tankobon volume out. While technically ongoing, it went into indefinite hiatus in 2019 due to artist Sojihogu's poor health. Therefore, it is currently unknown whether we can expect more content, and when.

What if the first person to reach the moon was a vampire girl? Irina the Vampire Cosmonaut explores this concept through a fictional but recognizable version of a Russian base. The equivalent superpower, known as the Empire of Zirnitra is preparing to send cosmonauts to the moon. Battling against time, they are striving to complete the project next.

To achieve this, they employ Irina, a young vampire girl, whom they treat as less than human, disregarding the possibility of her dying while on the mission. Lev Leps, a young man dreaming of the moon as much as Irina does is tasked with her training, and the two come close.
