Toy Story 4 Proves Itself 100% Fresh On Rotten Tomatoes

There's been a lot of critically disappointing movies this summer, but it looks like Toy Story 4 isn't going to be one of them.

The Rotten Tomatoes score for the fourth entry in Disney Pixar's Toy Story film series is finally out, and looks like Toy Story 4 is really impressing critics. Right now, the film has a 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes, winning 39 out of 39 reviews. All of the critics that have rated Toy Story 4 have named the film a fresh release, giving it a solid rating of 8.59 out of 10.

This score will change as the film premieres and continues its theatrical run, however, it is a pretty strong start. Right now, the film is expected to be quite a huge hit, just like its predecessor, Toy Story 3. The film is currently tracking for a $200 million opening weekend. If this happens, then the film would make more than Incredibles 2 did during its opening (the film raked in only $182.6 million during its three day opening weekend).

Toy Story 4's ratings come as a relief for moviegoers everywhere. The past two weeks we've been disappointed by films like X-Men: Dark Phoenix which flopped hard both in terms of commercial and critical success. Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson's Men in Black: International is barely any better, the film starting off with a poor 26% score on Rotten Tomatoes.

We're hoping that Toy Story 4 can make up for the disappointing summer releases.

Toy Story 4 makes its way to the big screen on June 21.
