Katagiri Yuuichi and his group of friends clear one of Manabu's friendship games in the latest episode of Tomodachi Game. This time, they're up against another game called "Bad Mouth Sugoroku." What Happened in Tomodachi Game Episode 2?
After speaking, Katagiri Yuuichi violates the rules of the Kokkuri-san game, despite knowing that he is not the current reader of the question posed by Manabu-kun. Yuuichi decides to play a bluff and provoke the traitor among the group to expose himself/herself in front of everyone in order to save Kokorogi from the traitor who tries to dump every single debt everyone has.
With that, he informs everyone that there has been an unexpected rule change in his question card, which states that the person with the least amount of debt will receive the last placer's penalty.
Apparently, no one reacted to Yuuichi's aggravation; instead, they all answered the final question correctly, allowing them to win the first game and the prize money of 2 million yen. This comes after Yuuichi tells everyone in a thought-provoking tone that there is no traitor among them and that they will become friends forever, implying his final warning to the traitor.
Following the completion of the game, the group discusses the implications of the first game. While everyone claims that their debt totals 3.6 million yen, Yuuichi doesn't believe a word of it. Now that he has planted the seed of doubt in everyone's minds, he becomes aware of everyone's actions and motives.
Yuuichi excuses himself to be left behind in the room as he ties his shoelaces prior to the start of the second game. Apparently, Yuuichi starts, inspecting every question card on the table. Unfortunately, the ink on the card is quickly fading, much to Yuuichi's chagrin. Following that, Sawaragi appears in front of Yuuichi, and the two of them begin to discuss their speculations.
Surprisingly, Yuuichi tells Sawaragi that she is the person he suspects the most of being a traitor because of her response in their conversation prior to agreeing to participate in the game.
Meanwhile, Sawaragi suspects Yuuichi, much to the latter's surprise, that he is the one who stole the money for the class trip. Before their conversation is over, Sawaragi confesses to Yuuichi that she likes him and will not abandon him in the game. While Misaka is in the background eavesdropping, the two agree to become partners.
The second game begins with Manabu-kun explaining the mechanics of Bad-Mouth Sugoroku to everyone. The group must trash-talk anyone in a private room and seal the deal with a piece of paper. Following that, the entries will be read by Manabu-kun and judged by the Gods in a survey.
The Gods, in case you didn't know, are the ones who are supporting the Tomodachi Game. The gods will determine how many spaces the player will advance in the game at this point. Also, no one is required to write anything on a piece of paper, and if everyone does so, they will all advance one space.
The catch is that there is a condition that must be met in every space. In addition, the first individual to cross the finish line will be responsible for all debt accumulated during the game.
Meanwhile, the remaining players on the board will receive a debt of 1 million yen, but they will be permitted to go home for a while and will not be allowed to participate in the third game. Their debt will be reduced by 400,000 yen apiece if they are successful in clearing the game.
The group then begins to play, and as they move from one space to the next, tension builds as each person's secrets are revealed one by one. In the Bad Mouth Sugoroku game, their friendship and trust are put to the test once more. Kokorogi breaks down and cries desperately at the top of her lungs as the episode finishes on yet another cliffhanger.
